The Women's Competition Network (WCN) is the international women's network for senior competition law and policy professionals.

It is the WCN's aim to provide a platform for high-level discussion of competition law and policy developments, to facilitate and strengthen networking among senior women competition professionals, and to mentor and promote the advancement of women in the field.

The WCN was founded in Brussels in 2008 by Kristina Nordlander. Neelie Kroes, then the European Commissioner for Competition, delivered the keynote address at the inaugural event. Since then, the WCN has continued to organize numerous high-level networking events each year, featuring discussions with prominent competition leaders from around the globe.

The WCN now connects over 2,000 women holding senior positions in corporate legal departments, law firms and chambers, consultancies, academic institutions, specialized media outlets, courts, and competition authorities around the world.
